Standardbank loan department
My mother was approved for a loan on Thursday the 16th of January and still no loan has been paid out. It was done via the call centre and everything that was asked of her to do and send them has been sent. Every time she phones them a new excuse and something new comes from a call centre agent. They dont give feedback or phone a person back. Yet another day with new excuses and no money paid into her account yet. She spoke to a few diffrent call centre agents and all of them are just telling her diffrent stories. Even a call centre agent telling her that they department was open on Saturday but in actual facts them being closed

21 Jan 2020, 09:32Standard bank a piece of useless pathetic bull****ters. Vangile a consulting manager or whatever. Mandla a bull****ting call centre agent. And so much more consultants who was spoken to a bunch a pathetic excuse of workers for standardbank. Standard bank has become the worst and is a bunch of lying bull****ters. I think people who work at standard bank are *********** useless pathetic workers and dont know what they are doing. And then acording to them they dont have a manager who we can speak to and then the manager is on holiday and that there is no one left who we can speak to. I dont recommend Standard bank at all because they are useless
