STANDARDBANK IS WORSE THAN COVID-19

I'm irked by the level of professionalism displayed by standard bank. I previously had a student achiever account which to my knowledge was closed back in 2014, only to find out that the account was not closed as requested.. I was only made aware of the account which has a balance of 4000 outstanding balance when I tried applying for a bond only to be told that I have an account in areas,

Complaint has been made ***

After multiple visits to the bank, and being told that there is no record of my closure request, I spoke to Jody at Standard bank Bayside branch who managed to track the request dating 2014 that was never actioned.. and this is not even the half of it..

STANDARDBANK IS A PANDEMIC ON ITS OWN

I pledge to write a negative review everyday at this time till my query is resolved and all outstanding charges cleared
