Standardbank is useless

standardbank card service was down on 16th of October 2022. I tried paying for goods at Game in Kathu and 3 times the transaction was declined. The ammount of R1169.60 was taken from my account 3 times for things I did not even end up getting from the store. I tried several times to phone them to resolve the matter and they just tell me I must phone Game and ask them to cancel the 3 x R1169.60 that was taken from my account for goods I could not even buy as the shop just tell me that the transaction was declined.
