Standardbank is Pathetic!!!

I paid with my card last weekend and the transaction was deducted 2 times on my side.after having troubles i was told it would be reverted in 24hours. Today (a week later) same thing...swiped 1 and declined, swiped again and declined...went to the branch and 1200 was deducted (600 paymemt was deducted 2). This is pathetic i needed to pay other accounts as well today and now you say i need to wait 24 hours again.ridiculous. ..as soon as my money has been reversed i will be changing my bank...2 times in one week is pathetic.
