Standardbank is a joke

I called standardbank with an international query. I was on hold for more than 40 minutes twice. So I am a private client at standardbank. I decided to then use the Private banker as I have a private banker listed on my account. The lady Keitumetsi Ndadza answered and told me to call the same number I said I waited on for more than 40 minutes. I then told her I have tried that twice and each time I wasn't successful as was kept on hold. She then said to me she will call the international call centre number and as soon as someone answers she will call me an connect me. I'm still waiting until now. Standard bank is a joke really. I don't know if even a private client who is paying extra for a service cannot get help what more a person who has an entry level account. and again why are we paying for this
