STANDARDBANK IGNORES YOU DURING COVID-19 LOCKDOWN
I thought that I was Banking with the best Bank, however I was clearly mistaken. I have Banked with STD Bank for over 20 years and it is disappointing how Standard Bank ignores their so called prestige clients since the country is in a COVID-19 pandemic and lock down. I have phoned Standard Bank numerous times and was told my request for payment holiday for 1 month on my Revolving credit account will be escalated, I have email numerous times however have only received a generic reply and then an email from Julius Matthew asking whether assistance is for a student loan, don't emails get read? I specifically mentioned it was a for my Revolving credit account. It is clear that Standard Bank do not value their clients and moving to another Bank will be the best way going forward.

It is clear that I am running in circles or Standard Bank are deliberately just making customers endure more stress than we already have during the Covid-19 lock down. Receiving emails from Standard Bank informing me how valued I am as a Prestige account client is sadly over rated as I am clearly not valued during the Covid-19 pandemic.
