Standardbank homeloans nightmare

Standardbank homeloans debited An mount of R1161-70 on the 25 th now .this is after they were paid R1600 extra last month , which was suppose to go to my Standard bank insurance .after i received treats for my debit amount that was still to be going off , i dont know if it's a staff member that are targeting me or just a way to get the properties back from the loaners . I was refused to return rhe R1600 by just ignoring me Standard bank are protecting the rude staff which are arrogant and dont rake action against them. Every month one of my homeloans my debit order differs every month .this is so not fair ,
