Standardbank Homeloan pathetic!!
I have been calling Standard Bank home loan division for 6 Months. No answer!!
Holding 45min on each call
I need a statement for the past tax year.
Today I went the transactional account route. they put me through homeloan department. At last they answer the call. Holding 45min again. and call drops. No assistance!!
I have sent e-mails, I have tried the callback option.
What must I do?
