Standardbank home loan and collections are a pain

Standard bank homeloan ,this is so frustrating ,like my previous complaint about me asking for help for my homeloan that fell behind due to ,rate increases and the government overcharging the nation ,that was said by a staff member I quote .I've phoned ,emailed ,I've been phoned ,I've been **** to ,but I'm still not taken seriously ,I'm not helped properly ,this homeloan department with their ****** rude staff,is a problem to work with ,collection department also are joking making fun of all this ,how the hell must I get assistance with an attetude ,I'm past furious,I'm gatvol for this assistance that I'm not receiving ,I'm not helped,but I must loose my house or sell it ,this is so unfair ,I can't open an encrypted email,I' can't phone due to these phonerecordings is a waste of airtime,and the I'm sending from pillar to post to staff that think they are funny.this disrespectful attitude from staff are not helping the business they work for,
