Standardbank helpline sucks no help when u need it
I needed urgent assistance and help with a large transaction made in error our of my account I called Standard bank Helpline at 6h30 yesterday afternoon was on the line holding for assistance until 9pm last night no answer just automated messages promising that my call will be answered and excuses of high call volume!! USELESS
