Standardbank forex do not WORK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We change our phone Number at standardbank June and still it is not change at forex- Standardbank?

I send emails, I phoned in and still nothing .>>> when is it going to be change at standardbank Forex
