Standardbank debited me without my permission.

Good day, i was paid today ( SALARY ) had an arrangement with Standardbank loan to debit R2619.90. Standard bank debited me R2619.90 + R1309.90 + R1309.90. I was advised that they wont be able to assist with reversal of debit order. I then went to the Randburg branch and was assisted by Mushfikha and she was outstanding and she made sure that i get my money back. I was very happy and very impressed with her services. People like Mushfikha deserves a gold medal and a promotion, because she really really went the Extra mile to assist me. Mushfikha is a young lady with alot of potential. I hope and pray that she gets a promotion within Standardbank.
