Standardbank car finance

I am very disappointed in StandardBank Vaf, as I was on debt review ,Never did the debt review company told me that if I go under debt review that my car months will decreased to 44 month and know I have to pay 11000 per month for my car and the bank don't want to understand as I also have proof that I send an email to StandardBank debt review department we're they say if I agree to they proposal they will let the instalment be R4664.82 be and I agree as I have to take out insurance and I did and then a lady from standardbank call me regarding why do I pay that amount and I told he and I even send here the proof and she said she will follow up on it and never did and also never com back to me know she only send emails state when will I rectified the account and when I tell her I can't afford that amount that they want for each month for the installment and I also did paid 17k towards the eares amount but the ereas amount stay the same although I paid the ereas amount with the installment so disappointed in StandardBank will never ever in my life will I do business with standardbank again
