Standardbank admitting they advised me wrongly but then thretened to close my account if I do not pay

I made a call to the Home loans department on the 1st of August asking if I withdrew money from my Access bond if it would have an influence on this months debit order (5August) or would the debit order only be adjusted at the next month? I was told that there will NOT be a change to August's debit order and it would only be in effect from September. I asked the consultant to confirm with her supervisor and once again I was told a change in my debit order will only be from September. Now I asked this question knowing that if it would have an effect on August's debit order then I would only make a withdrawal after my debit date to ensure I have a full month to prepare for the debit order going up. Going on what the consultant told me I made a withdrawal on the 1st. I called on the 2nd to confirm everything where now I was told that my debit order has changed with immediate effect and that for August I will also pay the new amount. When Questioning this seeing that this is NOT what I was told Standardbank agreed to listen to my conversation which was recorded on the 1st. I got a call from Standardbank saying that they reviewed the call and that the consultant advised me wrongly and that they apologized. All is well I said but I have not prepared for my debit order to be adjusted in August and that is why I made the call to make sure. So what am I suppose to do now? My debit order went from +- R2100 to +-R4600. I was put on the phone to a supervisor who told me that if I could not pay the debit order, he will close my Homeloans account. I made a withdrawal based on a consultant working at Standardbank. Knowing that they know better that me. Now when they advise you wrongly and it has an effect on my debit order which I did not budget for this month they threten to close my account. How does that work? I will make sure my debit order is paid, but who is to blame for the Extra +- R2500 I have to pay this month? It is Standardbank. Who is the one who must pay it? Me!! Is this fair?

Please help Hello Peter because Standardbank thinks a "sorry" pays the bills and when they are in a corner they threaten you to try and get you to back off.
