Standardbank
I got targed at the ATM at the walkin centrum in Langenhovenpark Bloemfontein by 2 guys that got hold of my bank card and draw the money in that account. It happend on the 29 Jan 2021. When i got home i send a e-mail to their complaint centre e-mail adress i used " ***" at 12:33 to explain what happend to me. I tried to lock a ***** case in the branch and the system gave a error so i could not lock a ***** case that is why i send a e-mail to the bank. Till up to date i did not even get a auto respond of the bank to say they did receive my e-mail and woukd look into the matter. That is how important our loyal customers are to Standardbank. They closed the branch at Langenhovenpark and their not even a security guard at that ATM
