Standard worse bank ever !!!

I app**** for a personal loan 3weeks ago completed all the paperwork at the branch and was approved for R103k pending on confirmation of employment. Since then I have just had a poor experience its starts with the bank not being being able to confirm employment for me even though I work for an international company with about 2500 staff in SA alone.they requested the company reg number which I gave them and still they could not help.after 2 weeks I approached the branch manager and he escalated it to regional manger and not even they could help.im disgusted with standard bank this is not the first time they failed me as a customer. They are useless I must compliment FNB they service is so much better I wont ever refer standard bank again to anybody.wasted over 7 hours of my life on standard bank thanks alot.
