Standard Trust the worst ever

What ever you do, stay away from Standard Trust, As executors they are pathetic with no communication at all. Promises to respond, requests for more time, etc and nothing happens. Report the problem to Standard Trust CRC (Complaint resolution) and you will receive a very generic email apologising for the inconvenience and then they also request more time for the same *********** people to revert back to you. I have never experienced such bad service from any company. One would imagine a company such as Standard Bank would at the very least, employ competent people. I am not referring only to entry level staff, but right through to the regional manager, Standard Trust Western Cape!!!!
