Standard Trust Limited- Useless

I have had to deal with Standard Trust Limited in Cape Town for the past year. All I can say that they are the most useless and *********** people I have ever had to deal with! They make the process of having to deal with the death of a loved one so much more difficult! We have had 3 executors during the time of our estate being open, of which are all useless! The lack of communication and customer service is disgusting. We have also just been paid out after a year long battle and they have paid us incorrect amounts with a lack of communication. PLEASE do not leave your will and estate in the hands of the idiots!
