Standard Trust Limited - I regret taking out a Will with them!

My husband passed on in October 2020. Our joint Will was/is with Standardbank Trust Limited. Up until today I have not received a letter of executorship/authority from them. I need this letter to be able to access my late husbands policies/investments so I can pay my children's' now overdue school fees and expenses. It has been an entire year! I have handed over all required documents. Every time I do an enquiry into the matter there is a new consultant working on the case, and the previous ones have left the department (3 so far). This means whoever takes over the case after them will take another 12 weeks to fami****ize themselves with the case. This letter is usually granted within 2 to 6 months at the most. But in my case it is now going over a whole year, with no positive ending in sight!! I will definitely advise all my family members and friends NOT to take out a Will with them! Horrible service to say the least!
