Standard Trust Limited Failure to Pay & communicate

Please do because the story was changed 3 times. I was first told I'd receive it yesterday when I made my first call. With the other calls the date kept changing.

I just got off a call with one of the consultants and they also further changed the story because he said that there was no request to assist with the payment from his viewpoint. And this morning I was called by another man who works for you about this and he said that it would be fixed and I should expect the funds by this evening. Now this consultant is saying that I shouldn't and that there wasn't a request to assist with the matter.

I do not recommend standard trust limited and I hope that people see this so that they know not to make the mistake of trusting their children will be fine or leaving them in the care of this executor. I've been getting delayed for too long and today I was told different stories by different people regarding this matter. I've had issues before where I was told I wasn't going to receive any help for certain requests that have also affected my academics because I have to repeat a module due to how they refused to pay my rent last year and I couldn't submit because I lost an accommodation that had Wi-Fi. Now I don't know how I'm expected to cope because the reason I requested these funds is because submissions are due and I can't borrow some from the library overnight which causes me to not be able to do everything on time and I needed them from last week.

This morning I was told it would be handled and I would receive the request this evening. Please keep the promise that was made in the morning because this is hindering my progress at school like it has before.

I don't recommend using them as an executor become this is an issue that always causes academic inconvenience and they lack communication. Why have they not been emailing to update me about the situation. And this further proves that nothing was done about this. As afar as I'm concerned, I was supposed to receive help on Wednesday and that's a week after my request. Now it's being postponed again.
