Standard Trust is the worst organisation ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am absolutely disgusted in the way they treat estates.

My mother passed in September 2016 and my father passed away in June 2018. Both estates was reported to Standard Bank in 2016 & 2018. 4 ½ years and 2 ½ years and still the estates isn’t finalized. We paid all moneys for my mother's estate and the day before my dad passed away we are told there is another letter that he needs to sign and this after delay and delay and delay.

We constantly have to follow up on the progress and documents which we do not receive. The sad part is that Standard Bank will bill my parents estate approx. R45 000 for services rendered, but my question is what services is Standard Bank currently rendering to my parents. It’s a disgrace on how Standard Bank is handling the estates, and so disrespectful to the deceased. You guys should be ashamed.

I am disgusted and you guys are probably the worst company in South Africa who don't care !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
