Standard Trust is *********** and deserves a 0 rating

Where is the 0 rating? Standard Trust are completely *********** and uncaring, at a time when people are bereaved. The vast number of 1 reviews for Standard Trust's mis- management of deceased estates tells its own story. They are impossible to get hold of on the phone, I have raised two complaints, neither of which has been acknowledged by the manager concerned. My next stop is the Banking Ombudsman.
