Standard Trust GHOST services

My husband passed away in April 2019. We are now in Jan 2022 and Standard Trust have still not resolved the estate. I reported them in 2020 and received a call within 24 hours and then never again. I send mails no one responds. I phone the office without any luck. They provide 0 service but on the estate account they have allocated R77000 to them for their useless non responsive non existant services. Loosing a loved one is so painful. Having to suffer like this is uncalled for. I encourage people NOT TO MAKE USE OF STANDARD TRUST SERVICES they should not be a service provider - their service is NON EXISTANT. (Silma Hamdulay)
