STANDARD TRUST - Estates and their Executors
Hello to all 'Hellopeter Members', This is the first time I am using this Social Media Website but firstly, before i ask my question and a brief description as to the question, I quickly pray that there is a soul out there that hears it and I may send me an answer of some kind...
HERE GOES... Who, or what is the correct title of the Individual that oversees, or is an Estate Executor Superior (in charge of Executors) for STANDARD BANK TRUST specifically?
I am not in need of the Ombudsman for South African Banking Practices or any Private Lawyers, just the Credentials of the Person ONLY for STANDARD BANK TRUST/BANK LTD which or who is in charge of the Financial Institutions Executors that oversees deceased estates.
I have been through the mills since June 2011 when my father passed away. My mother (who was married to my father for 34 years) had their Will drawn up at STANDARD TRUST in the 70's and was drawn up in a way that it would not need to be changed as the heirs to his Estate was firstly to his wife (my mother) and surviving her, the Estate to divided equally between their children ( I am their only child).
He owned 1 middle class residential home He owned 2 vehicles He had 50% shares in a Closed Corp with null value. He owned a few Policies with Liberty Life He owned Shares in ABSA (computershare.com) He owned the contents of the home
To date, 03/12/2017 his Estate is still hanging in the air.
6 1/2 years later. There is so much to say and in time I most certainly will reveal the in's and out's of the degree of devastating circumstances my mother and have had to endure through the incompetence of looking after and finalizing my fathers Estate.
I need to go to the TOP. Anyone have details?
Yours truly.
