Standard Trust Deceased estates are the absolute pits.

My mom passed away just short of three years now. A simple estate, purely cash in bank. Standard Trust are THE absolute worst. No communication unless I fire off emails. We had to assist with the tax filings on SARS. We had to assist with contact details regarding details for a deceased beneficiary. To crown it all, I speak to the attorneys handling that estate, they're already almost ready to wrap up even though that person died not even ONE year ago. I'm definitely removing my Will from them, their incompetence is mind boggling.
