Standard trust
My daughter receivedf 1,5 m from RAF.A trust was opened on her behalf by a Mr Sandile Lokwe (attorney). I was not included as a trustee yet im the parent. I was made to plead for the money everytime my daughter was in need.I had to write emails all the time to request..but all the time i received negative responses. My daughter is 22 years now,they refused to give her a lump sum when she turned 18yrs and when she turned 21yrs.
I dont even jabe a card on my daughter's name regarding this matter...i dont even habe an account number...only the name of the trust.The money was said to be invested....i dont have communication with the companies the money is invested into..i have requested statements in numerous occasions to no avail. All i know is that the investment will mature in 2022...and that they are giving her a monthly stipend(peanuts)...
Somebody is *****ing from my daughter...and the bank is letting them...pls help .
