Standard Trust

Good day

MY mom was working for standard bank she passed on in 2014 and her employee referred her late estate to Standard bank trust 10 years later the administration is not complete and we cant get the title deed due to their incompetence .I have complained to the managers but still no assistance they just keep on changing administrators but are unable to help .Can someone please assist and advise which channels do i need to go to to lodge a complaints against Standard Bank and hopefully get assistance.
