Standard the *******

In February I closed my saving account. I went into the branch at parktown and closed my account the agent assist me assured me that the account is closed. I went and got a statement at the bank and notice that they still taking money from my account after I went to the branch so many times yet still take my money for they own.When I called the call centre nobody could help but rather send me from pillar to post. I am disgusted with the service after being a client for so long. If I don't get an answer today I will be taking the matter to the bank ombudsmen
