Home loan approved but quotation for life wasn't done. Out of my proactive thinking, I take an initiative to contact the Bank to get this sorted. Phone picked by Adrienette who took my details that the correct department would contact me. A day later or so I call back and spoke to Phumzile who was a lot of work of couldn't agree to her bossing me and cut the call. Called the next day can't recall whom I spoke to but was a gentleman with a Zulu name whom I've asked for the right contact number instead of me giving my details without any call backs - guess what the guy gave me ***which is a number for new claims. It doesn't get better than that today I Google and got the right number, called and spoke to Wyde who also took my details that he has a friend who will definitely close in the next few minutes. To this time I have heard from that department. I'm starting to think that they approve these bonds on purpose without any cover with an aim to evict your beneficiaries should anything happen to you, yeah!
