It is ALLPAY DAY in our rural town called Calitzdorp. And guess who s ATM IS OUT OF RDER?! Yes, Standard Bank. So people are forced to use only Atm working,ABSA,or go and draw in the local Bottle Store. This is a every month story Standard bank!
