Standard should be called Low Standard for this Bank
0 Rating or negative Rating should be possible. What a useless, backward bank! The system failed, they incorrectly reported everything as working on their status. When the system fails it tells you to visit your branch, the branch tells you use the app which doesn't work, then tells you call the call center!

10 Dec 2021, 01:54Days passed, online banking down, no transactions possible! Nothing fixed. Just useless, no words to describe how pathetic standard bank has become. This is 2nd complaint in 3 days and no one has bothered to react or solve from Standard Bank.
