Standard service sucks big time

Hi, you know i raised two issues with standard bank a while ago now and they seem not to be taking me serious. Both issues are related to them not correctly updating my credit record. The first one is that i paid their Credit Card, which they had handed it over to their collections department. I even sent them proof of payment and a settlement letter received from their collections agency but to-date, more than 14 days on, nothing has been done. The second issue is that of them debiting my account every month for my bond but indicate in my credit profile that i have not paid. If they claim i have not paid, they must just bring back the money i paid the months they said i didn't pay. They must just not take my money and not record it. I even sent them proof that i have paid but still, they refuse to update my profile. I was phoned by this woman called Zeenath Hassen, she is handling both the issues and she continues to tell me lies that the matters will be resolved. I mean there is no feedback, non whatsoever on the progress made more 14 days since i raised this issues. Is this how standard bank treats their people? If this is how i will be treated, I will really close off my accounts and try services of other banks.
