“STANDARD” service

Since 2017 I have been trying to close my account with this bank till now it is just impossible. In the early days in 2017 I tried to close my student account as I had no use for it and the lady at Voortrekker street said she had closed it, to my surprise in October a message comes through indicating that a debit order for R399 has been returned…. ***!!!!? I keep calling and the desk is not helpful at all, branches is where I am not going. This morning I realise a new debit order is added for R99 with that of R399. And the account is overdrawn ridiculously. Y’all need to close the account and absorb the loss as I made the necessary move to make sure the account is closed
