Standard rob their loyal customers money **********ly!

I have a transactional account that has a bsavings account joined to it with Standard bank. On the 12 of November 2016 , i transferred R3500 from my savings to my transactional account because i needed the funds, which i got. Same morning i sned an instant money voucher for R2500 to my moms number ********** 660 which was convinient as she needed it immediately. My mother receives the voucher and tries to withdraw it on 2 standard bank ATM 's which give her error messages and refuse to take out the money. My mother then went to Spar to try and get it from there where she was advised that standard bank has blocked the pin and needed to be reset. I got a call from my mother who was stranded in the middle of no where asking je to reset the instant money pin. I called standard bank waited on the ridiculous long queue to get help as it wouldnt reset on my app or cellphone banking but i got dropped on by the call centre agents. Finally when i got someone she couldn't help and transferred me to the next agent and so on, till my airtime finished call cust and no one bothered calling me back. i recharged again and went through the same process again and was cut off again. I finally gave up and left it for sunday morning.

Sunday the 13th of November i called again with success of being put through to the correct team this time which was where the worst service was provided. The first advisor told me my instant money has been frozen by the ***** team and i had to speak to them. I was transferred over to Monica in ***** who apologised for the inconvinience and assured me she had fixed the issue and i needed to speak to the instant money customer care again which was done. I got to customer care who advised my account was still blocked and had to go back to the ***** team which annoyed me, back to the ***** team back to same story, agent hangs up on me . I had to call back and start the whole process again with customer care then back to *****, ***** to customer care to ***** back and forth. Eventually i found a helpful advisor by the name of Luvuyo in ***** who was able to resolve the issue and call back if any calls were dropped which previous agents couldnt do and told me they wont call back if we get cut off as its an inbound call center "Lame excuse if you ask me".

Later on that day i check my account balance and it shows -R500.07 due to a "TRANSACTION REVERSAL FOR THE 30th of SEPTEMBER 2016" which amazed me. I thought this was an error as their systems ALWAYS have errors. Ignored that amount.

On the 17th of November i transfer R500 from my savings account to my transactional account and it disappers and balance becomes -R0.07, meaning that cleared the mysterious R500 which was reversed. I then called up the call center wanting to know whats happening on my account and why i had R500 deducted. The agent told me its a reversal but does not know from where and will raise a case for me which will be resolved in 24 hrs and i will be called which did not happen "what's new". I then walked into the branch where i was advised it could be a debit order that did not go through Sep, i then advised the lady that i have no direct debits, she then told me they cant do anything i must wait for the case to be resolved on the 21/11/2016 which the call centre agent **** about.

21/11/2016 i get a text to say i have feedback on my issue. I then call up and ask what is happening to only be told that they cant give me feedback on the phone as they dont have it as it was loaded by back office. I advised the agent that i work i cant. Agent said he would set up a call back from back office which i am still waiting for. Appaling service i suspect internal *****.
