Standard repay back my money Case 038375 *****

I am getting no where with Standard Bank. I was ****med on 9 July 20232 and still my bank is hanging back on reversing the money ****** back into my account. This is absolutely terrifying being left penniless, no credit as both my current account and credit card account were ****med. i was told that the agent bank being Bidvest is holding the money whilst their ***** ops guys look into it and investigate. I just want Standard bank to reverse my accounts back to what they were pre 9 July. I cannot get credit anywhere. It is crippling and my health is suffering. they are heartless. I AM OLD AND FEMALE. I think they are dreadful.
