Standard refuses to pay me back my 2000

I've always been frustrated with the bad service I've been getting from Standard Bank but I was too lazy to change to a different bank. That was the biggest mistake ever because on the 22nd of November 2000 went missing from my account the same day they switched off my notifications. I contacted them after and their "investigations" they came back and told me I'm the one who withdrew my money even though I was at work at 10 am WITH MY CARD and they insisted that I've been getting my notifications even though I'm telling them that the last notification I received was the day before my money went missing. They insist that on the system they can tell whether or not you're getting your notifications and they insist that I've been getting mine but if I was getting them why did it take me a week to notice that my money is missing , wouldn't I have queried the money right after getting the notification that my money has been withdrawn? and to top it off the call centre agent who spoke me he had a nasty attitude and didn't even let me state my case he kept cutting me off and basically told me that I'm a **** because I've been getting notifications. He expected me to just listen to him tell me that I'm not getting my money back without trying to listen to me? My money has went missing before and I let it go but now they went too far 2000 is a lot of money. Joining Standard Bank was the worst mistake I've ever made because when I see my colleagues who use different banks they don't have such problems , I'm definitely switching from this *********** bank but I still want my 2000.
