Standard refuse to deposit back retracted money at their atm CENTRAL PARK BLOEMFONTEIN

I have been complaining about standard bank since December 2021 and now its February 2022 and this is my 4th complain about standard bank since December 2021. My money was retracted at central park Bloemfontein standard bank atm and they don't want to deposit it back to my account. Capitec is trying hard to fight this fight for me because I was using my capitec card to withdraw the money at standard bank atm but they call me almost every day saying that they are still waiting for standard bank to get back to them. Standard bank everytime I complain here on hellopeter they reply with a comment saying it's not for public the complaint will be the one seeing the comment....to tell the truth I myself don't even see their reply and they never call me. PLEASE HELP ME FIGHT STANDARD BANK TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.....ITS FEBRUARY NOW.
