Standard Online Internet Banking a waste of Time

Tried to make a small International Payment with my Internet Banking and all I got was some stupid error message about FICA?? Contacted Standard Bank and got the normal passing the bucket routine! No one really knew how to sort this out and in the end I had to go to the bank to do this International Transfer of a very small amount! Pathetic! Standard Bank processes and service still stuck in the 60s. Standard Bank a true reflection of the situation in the country. Think twice before opening an account at Standard Bank!
