Standard of standard bank....

I ran into some financial difficulty and could not afford to pay both my loan and my credit card... needless to say I recovered and by that time, both accounts was handed over for collections, I then in turn paid up both accounts via the instruction of the attorneys, and received both paid up letters confirming the initial debt has been paid off and the accounts are closed, I recently did a bond application and to my surprise both theses accounts are listed on my credit report, this was both paid over a year an a half ago, I have contacted the attorneys who are rude and continue to put the phone down whilst talking to me, I feel its only fair, that STB assists me in this regard, as both accounts were paid back IN FULL...<br> <br> I have tried to put this in the standard bank customer complaints on site, but to no avail.<br> <br> I work shifts and would prefer if all response will be in email
