Standard ( Miss) Trust

My Step- mother, passed away in October 2020, she had userfruct rights on the house my father left me. In October 2022 it will be 2 yrs and there is still no end in sight wrapping up this Estate. The last email we received stated they need two weeks, just to give us an idea, as to how long it would take to finally wrap this up. It's now going on for five weeks, 3 phone calls and numerous emails, yet still now responce. How does a Company (Standard Trust) operate, no sense of urgency, no communication and endless resignations of people who were handling this matter and now Penny Bibby, the CEO of Standard Trust has also left. What is happening? Could someone just give us honest feedback and stop giving us the mushroom treatment- kept in the dark and fed BS.
