Standard mails to clients but no resolution !!

My previous complaint on Hello Peter refers. I am not an idiot. Don't think you will get rid of me. I still do not have resolution. Your mail to me resolves nothing except giving Hello Peter the impression you have helped me.<br> I am not near any branch and am not going to any branch to resolve this. You can send someone to me. All the other banks were able to help me immediately so don't try and fool me with a ling story about regulations.<br> If you were really serious someone would phone me who doesn't recite out of a client manual like a parrot.<br> <br> Philip
