Standard Insurance Limited or SIL disappeared!! Not reachable!!

Is the company Standard Insurance Limited or SIL still in business or assistance? They seemed to have disappeared...no answer when trying to contact the call center (just a recorded voice about high calls volumes - no matter what time of day you call) and no response to many e-mails sent. The initial response was to send me a contractor who admitted to me that he does not have the expertise or resources to fix my storm damage (replacing ceilings), indication of SIL customer care. Then SIL went quiet. Cannot be reached at all. I even tried to complain at ********** but no luck. Next email will be forwarded to the MD.
