Standard Incompetence

After having my car finance taken out with standard bank, I had noticed that they have not been deducting the money, of which I had then been in touch with reps from standard bank to fix this and make personal payments so that I do not default onto my account, I have been dealing with, Ndumiso Khanyile, of whom I also queried that they kindly please send me my statements of which I have not been getting and to also adjust my interest because in actual fact they have not loaded the debit order and that I did not have an active profile of which was an error of standard bank.

So I eventual made the payment into the account and let all that brush off

So today I get a double debit which is annoying and definitely wont be getting my funds back today because standard bank can take so easily but will not give back just as easily and secondly the amount charged to me is not what was even drawn up on my contract. I find this real injustice and suppose I have to play to the rules of Standard bank

To Whom it may concern,
The interest rate has still not been adjusted and I have now been informed that I will have to pay in R500 in order for the payments to reflect as "Up to date". The account will then be closed & a new account will be opened with the correct interest rate loaded. I do not see why I have to pay out of my pocket for an error on standard banks side, This is a breach of contract on standard banks behalf. My next debit is due the 20th January and I therefore need this resolved by the end of this week as I cannot have another "incorrect" debit going off my account. Due to the fact that this issue has not been resolved, i have to date been harassed by means of sms and calls requesting me to make this payment.
I feel that if not actioned ASAP, this will affect my Credit record and scoring. Please see the urgency in this.
could i kindly please request a customer service team leader or even manager contact me this time to understand the full crux of the story and not just a "specialist" who just carries out his/her own activities.
Kind Regards
