Standard Fourways crossing a joke

One star is only because it’s not staffs fault but management should be fired. 2 hrs to pick up a credit card is not acceptable. Tried to call branch while in branch but impossible to do so. Manager not even there or anyone else who could do anything about everyone’s frustration. Standard bank have lost the plot and it will catch up with them.
