Standard finances cars with odometer rollback/tempered odometer

My brother bought a car financed by standard in July 2023 from City ride in Germistion...the car odometer was reading 108000km at the time of purchase...upon making a follow up with VW to check the service history of the car...it was last serviced at VW in 2021 September at 135000km service...bought in July 2023 reading 108000km???? And he called standard bank about this they say there is nothing they can do because they only care about the money my brother is paying them...so he is paying for something that is not even worth the price standard bank financed it but still their interest is on them benefitng...if they can not take this seriously it means next thing they will finance ****** cars because all the care about is the money they are making out financing ****** cars. Standard bank finances cars strickly for financial gains...they do not care about their clients. In this regard you no different from ****mers together with dealerships that you work hand in hand with...if the car was 135000km in 2021...in 2023...what might the milage be m******xxm💔💔💔👹👹👹👹👹👹👹
