Standard Executors & Trustees - inheritance received in 2012 not yet paid out

In Nov 2012 received additional inheritance to be distributed amongst the heirs. Since then the shares have not yet been sold or paid out, despite our numerous calls/visits to Standard Executors offices.

Five years down the line, we still don't have a final supplementary account despite having between 5-10 consultants working on this, yet no one can give us any information as to when this will be paid out.

We had a meeting at their Rosebank offices on the 8th August 2017 with Mrs. Ellen Nel & Louise van Niekerk and they had no idea where our shares are held??? How does a corporate company looking after your estate operate like this??

Where do we go from here if after 5 years they only have the supplementary account as at 2014. Numerous e-mails, calls have been made, yet ignored and no feedback on my queries.... been told they do not have the staff!!

This is a worry if this is how they treat a small estate, what happens with a larger or complicated estate...
