I would like to thank Standard Bank because it is a bank that listens. I have never went onto Hello Peter since I joined the bank 3 years ago and received no prompt response. I would like to also thank Yolanda from Standard Bank (Hello Peter Division) for her exceptional client service expertise. She treated my case with outmost care and diligence. I am not leaving this bank anytime soon because of people like Yolanda, who respect their clients and promotes healthy business relations, while being a perfect image and voice for the business.
