I have a loan with the company and they refuse to let me pay it back. I have had countless communication with both the company and the attorneys which they say they transferred the debt to with no luck. Neither party is willing tell me exactly what I owe and how do I go about making an arrangement to pay all of it back.
Standard Bank says the debt is with their attorneys (MBD or MDB), meanwhile the attorneys say Standard Bank took back the account.
I am on the verge of taking this matter up further with the ombudsman for banking and also the national credit regulator. The service I am receiving from both these companies is not in line with the Consumer Protection Act.

It has been three days since I posted my complaint and nothing has been done about it. I had not received any calls from the business nor have I gotten any form of response either than this vague one they gave me here.
You guys are causing me such an inconvenience and I do not appreciate dishonesty.
You said you will address this as a matter of urgency but that is not what I am picking up from the actual service, or lack of service, I am receiving.
What are your plans in sorting this matter out and when can I expect an actual reply that has actual facts and proposed plans.
