Standard banl financing ********** deals with Used Car dealership

I have had a nasty experience with a car dealership in Port Elizabeth where my vehicle was sold by them and I never got paid as they claim they were a victim of internet ***** and the money was paid into someone else's account. On investigation I found out that Standard bank financed the vehicle, but the roadworthy certificate and transfer of ownership was **********ly obtained. I approached Standard Bank in Pickering street, Newton Park but was unable to get any assistance from them except some sympathy from the branch manager. I would like to know how a huge business like Standard bank supports ******* dealerships like this as I have facts on how they **********ly operated. I don't mention their name and the amount of money here as I have a legal case pending with them. I would like to at least get some feedback from Standard Bank legal on this matter.
