Standard Banl Car Finance

I app**** for refinancing with Standard Bank and was approved. I subsequently received an offer letter and was interested in proceeding with the offer.

I was advised that I would receive a call back to discuss the next steps, but unfortunately, I never received the call. As a result, the offer eventually lapsed. I made several attempts to contact Standard Bank by email and telephone, as I was still interested in accepting the offer, but I was unable to get through or receive any assistance.

I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed and if I could be advised whether the offer can be reinstated or if the refinancing application can be reconsidered.
